Robert S. Goldstein

Robert S. Goldstein is vice chairman of the Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., board of directors; and chairman, C.E.O. and president of Alter Trading Corporation.

Having worked in numerous executive, operating and marketing positions of Alter Trading Corporation and its affiliates since 1977, Robert S. Goldstein has served as president of the company since 1989. Additionally, he is an officer and director of Alter affiliated transportation businesses involved in barge transportation along the inland waterway, trucking, stevedoring and warehousing; and a member of the board and vice president of the Goldstein Group.

A graduate of Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, Robert S. Goldstein is a member of the Advisory Board of Tipitina’s Foundations in New Orleans, La., and a board member of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis and Jazz St. Louis organizations.
